Coach Olivia - Head Coach

As our head coach, Olivia leads our coaching staff and is responsible for overseeing the development of all swimmers in our program. With prior coaching experience with the Piranhas Swim Club, Olivia has learned from the best and brought that knowledge to North Scott to start this swim program in March of 2023.

Coach Emily - Senior Coach

Emily has been with the Otters for 2 years. She is dedicated to working with our 13 and Up swimmers striving for a State Cut. Her attention to detail is perfect for correcting swimmers' stroke technique.

Coach Katie- Platinum/Elite Swimmers

Katie leads our most advanced swimming groups, working closely with swimmers to help them reach their full potential. Katie swam for PVHS. Her expertise and dedication inspire our swimmers to strive for excellence.

Coach Kailey - Novice/Intermediate Coach

Kailey leads our youngest swim group, Novice. Kailey has a keen eye for how to best motivate each swimmer. She swam for Davenport Metro growing up.

Coach Katelyn - Developmental Coach

Katelyn is our Developmental coach. She swam for North Scott High and was a swim instructor at the NS YMCA for a year prior to starting with the Otters. Her positive attitude is a perfect match for her swim group.
